new clutch, full vacuum, no boost

So I just changed out my clutch today, and at idle I get full 21 inches of hg, but boost doesn't go past 0. I thought I made sure to reconnect everything, didn't touch much of the engine, just the o2 sensors. Is there something I might g
Have disconnected or unplugged by accident? Also, I know my iac is acting up, but the car was running perfectly fine before the clutch was changed, full 16 psi of boost.. Thanks.

Problem solved. After failing smog, I hooked up the pcv valve on the driver side, and routed the hose past the bypass valve, and hooked it up near the throttle body. The hose was blocking the actuator on thw bypass valve and not letting it move, thus causing me not to have boost. Thanks for the pointers.

When you start the car/idle, vacuum makes it move so that the bypass opens and no boost - when vacuum falls under throttle, it closes and the bypass is no longer in the loop, so if it wasn't moving at all, you should have seen boost.

As long as everything is working correctly now, that's what matters :)
