Interesting video. The sc was a solid car for it's time. Hard to believe the sc uses around 60hp to operate the blower with 12psi. This can give a good base for those interested in seeing how much power their engine actually makes at the crank for over driven blowers.

The roots blower on a top fuel motor takes like 750 hp to turn it at full race rpm, but that was a long time ago. it may be different now. that was more than a nascar motor produced.

great video, I was not aware that the 5 speed cars used a different camshaft. thanks good to doo.
