Pulley help

Hey guys,
Ever since i got my SC, I noticed it had 2 extra pulleys in the trunk, no im wondering are they for the supercharger or not? I know one of the guys who had my car before me, blew the engine twice from using smaller pulleys so i thought these were them. one measures 3 inches i believe and the other is 2.75. I thought these were for the SC but there are no lips on the sides, it's smooth, like the blet would just slip over the edge. Ive never changed the supercharger pulleys so im not sure if that "lip" is a separate piece or soemthing. but do they go to the supercharger? if not, where are they for?
may be stupid but i dont know :(

They sound like idler pulleys for the tensioners. The spring loaded tensioner arms have these pulleys bolted to them. The tensioners and pulleys are what keep the belts tight and the pulleys ride on the backside of the belt. Which is why they are smooth. If they are plastic, then they are probably the stock parts that were replaced.
