Flexplate Identification

I have read some post on this forum and want to get a new flexplate and aluminum block plate. I have a 1989 SC that was originally a 5 speed ( tranny, flywheel ,clutch assy missing ) but want to convert it to a automatic that I picked up from a ( supposedly 90 Xr7 Cougar with the same type motor ) I believe I have a forged crank in my motor which necessitates a neutral balanced flexplate. The Harmonic Balancer is original and in excellent condition which I plan to use. The motor has 19K original miles which again, helps confirm a forged crank and i will be checking the part # on the HB for the CB lettering which supposedly designates a forged crank. Attached are photos of my flexplate which seems to have a rather hefty weight. Can you help identify . Thanks Steve

I pulled one of those flexplates you have pictured out of a NA V6 bird. Definitely not a neutral balanced plate.
