Plastic to steel tensioner swap problems

I have all three of the tensioners off of the engine but I can get the bolt out that holds the pulley on. I have a Impact wrench but that wont even do it, is it reverse threaded or am I just a pussy. I dont really want to break it but I have a few extra if I do. So whats the deal?

Thanks in advance

Nope... the pulley bolt is a right hand thread. It would be easier to get them loose if you bolt the tensioner back on the bracket and then crack the bolt loose with a long rachet.
