Bruce,

Congrats! Is she a 5-spd car? Sounds much like mine, except I don't have the leather guts, and mine is red.

Cheers,

Sean

shes black on black leather
not 1 tear in the leather at all! its great!
only thing is the drivers side bolster where its stitched on the back the stitching has come off so its not that tight
shes got 176,014 kms on it, was painted this past summer.. never seen a winter, can still read the stamping on the parts underneath the car
the VMM is junked but i have one in my blue 89 SC
and the power antenna wont go up past a foot high but i can rip that out of my 89 also..
shes got BRAND new headlights on her already no yellow haze crap
new tires on it but i dont care because i will be adding rims/tires
shes a 5 speed of course and man after driving my 89 sc 5 speed with the sc disconnected then driving this one with brakes that actually WORK lol what a difference
new pads and rotors on her already and they work i tell you
the e brake feels like its not holding to tight may need to be tightened
the car is just amazing
i finally got a steal and not ripped off
he wanted 2900 for it then after taxes and ownership transfer was gonna be 3532
i walked out of there laying down 3100 cash

ill have to see about borrowing my friends digital camera
shes stored away on blocks wrapped in her nice warm car cover that fit like a glove!
in a nice garage
but man what a beauty
i cant wait to this spring
im going to try and get my lowering springs, rims, tinted windows before i get her out next spring
then first thing is exaust
been told that i should do that before anything yes no?

I would suggest you make sure you do it right, but I agree that exhaust should be near the top of your 'to do list'!

Cheers,

Sean

i was going to do a rear battery mount and a delete ac kit but na i dont think so
some home P&P on the inlet and sc i think also
and whatever else i can think of, been doing alot of tig welding these days so im thinking of some personal projects

Your first mod, so to speak, should be to take it to Krown for its first annual rustproofing oil spray.

i hate that oil spray crap, whenever you go to work on the car nothing but gunk underneath.. does it really need it? i mean its already put away heh
