Free flow meaning no pressure. 255 lph pumps in my returnless fuel system showing 100% fuel pump duty cycle with very erratic fuel pressures. What happens when the pumps show maxxed on this setup is the injectors also open 100% to prevent the motor from going lean. Posting here because I want opinions on my test. The pumps both filled the 12q buckets 3 1/8" so they are dead nuts even for this test. The total amount of fluid pumped in roughly 41 sec was 1.6 gallons.

Pretty sure I'm returning the fuel over the winter but just wanted to make sure these pumps look healthy. Also have a lot of questions on how to convert to the fuel system to return style using the 03/04 cobra tank.

I say pretty much stock because i had to remove the plastic baffle from the bottom of the tank. I suppose since its made for cobra tanks you wouldn't need to worry about that. Im using dual 465lph pumps with that hat. No comment on the functionality of it since my car hasn't been running in years, but a handful of others seem to think its a decent fuel hat. Better quality than "fore" by a mile.
