Piston question

Guy I bought car from said it lost power so he tore it down and found burnt piston. Story was he bought a set of forged pistons, replaced them all and blew a head gasket after 100 miles. This is what I found, 5 pistons with the small dot and one with larger mark on the edge of piston.
My question is, are either or both or neither of these forged pistons? And yes that is at least a full tube of rtv he used on each head gasket. All the steam holes between cylinders were plugged and the rest of the water holes about half plugged.

Those look like cast pistons not forged.

That's what I was thinking also. I'm going to try to drop the heads off tomorrow to get pressure checked and just put it back together as is. I've only drove it a 1/2 mile so I think I'll give it a shake down and stack up some rebuild money.
