The Eibach kit is 1.5" drop all round. You can also get the Jamex which is the 2" drop.

The Jamex are not a progressive spring though. Just an F.Y.I.

The Jamex springs are no longer in production for our cars.
When they were being made, they were about the cheapest and least quality available, retailing for about $150 USD.
I would strongly recommend the H&R springs if you can afford them.

Better quality, less sagging with age, firmer ride, better handling.
So I've heard.

so im being told around 700 for H&R springs and around 450 for the eibach's... i think im going to go with the eibach's because it seems thats what everyone has and I never hear any problems with them..

H&R springs should only be about $550.
Where did you get that pricing?

I have never used the H&R myself, and don't know anyone personally that used them so I can't say.
However I have had the Eibach Pro Kit for almost 4 years on my 95 SC and the ride is still exceptional.

Steve did you say you got your Eibach's at CTC? i didnt know ctc had these for our cars, figured i would have to order them through Uap/Napa
Bill i got my pricing from the internet, i found pages with the H&R springs and converted it over to CAN dollars and after taxes and such they would be close to 700

Why is every1 sayin the springs are 550 for H&R's are u guys talkin about the 1.7" front drop and the 1.5" rear drop? If so i have seen em for 225. And the Eibach kit for 250. Is there anything else included in that prce if so let me know i am just curious.

Uh Jayson, we're talking prices in CAN $$ here bud ... we would be all over the Eibachs and H&R springs if we could buy them at the prices you're mentioning, but in CAN $$ instead !! :D

alright whats the deal here, i went to canadian tire tonight and the eibach's are 404.99
the h&R's are 366.99
i had them double check and those were the right prices
something change with the H&R's?
it said on the comp it lowered 1.7 front 1.5 rear
but has the quality changed?

Reeeeheeeeeeheeeeeeeeeelly? (Jim Carey voice)
That is great pricing on the H&R. Even springs for a Civic made by them are over $500.
I say buy the H&Rs if you like good handling and a firm ride. They will be less forgiving on the pot holes though.
