Drove the white 89 I got from thunderdave to Townsend Tennessee from columbia sc. Had a completely uneventful trip, it was fantastic....I think I need to re stuff the seats or something though...my back was getting tired even with adjustment of the lumbar and bolsters. My 2 year old daughter was with me and we left mom at home to work, visited my parents and sisters family in a cabin...4 inches of snow the first night and 8 last night...rwd is not the answer. I needed to dig a bit to get out of the driveway this morning but return was good too.

I was pleasantly surprised.

Know what you mean. Ive just been moving my Cougar in and out of the garage as I get jobs in. Real pain. There doesnt need to be a inch and it will still get stuck. I dont think it helps to have a manual shift either with steep gears.
