SOLVED!!!
I need some help with this circuit.
Main dis box in engine bay.
60 amp. Took amp reading it was 0.25 on this car, took the same reading on my other cougar it was 0.00<nothing!!!
Traced circuit it fed, front parking lights, interior lights,

Pulling the interior light fuse cleared that 0.25 on the 60 amp fuse,
traced the interior circuit it fed:engine light (this car does not have that),
sec. j/b conn #131, main light switch.
I cannot find this short, sad thing is I am an electrician!
I have disconnected/take apart all the places that short could be!
For those who can, take a reading across your 60 amp fuse, please!!!
Post your results.
I hope this is a known issue!!!
Back to hopefully not breaking this car!

Checked the glove box, and the bulb was staying on, I thought that was it but, it wasn't!
At this time no bulb in glove, switch is disconnected.
I am tracing the interior light circuit. I will check the trunk light.
Thanks for the help!

****UPDATE*******
The problem was the center console top got broken, the part that has the nipple on it the turns the light off, so there's the drain!!!!!
No one told me the top got broke, would of saved me a lot of work!
