I just don't have the time to dedicate to wrenching as was once forecasted and I'm located too far away to peddle the parts efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the space, passion and time to, in essence, pay very little, if anything, for an excellent daily SC driver.

Take it all - $2.5K - come look. Bring a float ('93 + parts) and another driver ('90).
Just 10 minutes north of the 401 at Exit 525, Quinte West - under 2 hours from Yonge St.

90 5 Spd (http://kerek.ca/Super%20Coupes/Red%2090/90%20SC%205%20Spd%20-%20Red.htm) - This car is ready to roll. Ice cold air. I would do tires before pushing it too hard. Dry storage for last 3 years.

'93 Auto (http://kerek.ca/Super%20Coupes/White%2093/93%20SC%20Auto%20-%20White.htm) - This body is 8/10. It rolls but engine is pooched. Interior is excellent (swap into above). Filled with most of the parts shown below....

Parts (http://kerek.ca/Super%20Coupes/SC%20Parts/SC%20Parts.htm) - Wheels, tires, 35th pieces and car cover excluded.

I asked about the winter tires, do you still have them?

Never mind, just saw tires are excluded

Steve,
Sorry about the delay. You can have the tires. No cost.

To all,

This weekend and next is absolutely the last opportunity to take the listed parts at no cost.
I need the room and the white car must go, except it's full of the listed parts.
What's left in the car will go to the crusher 08 Jun 15.
My karma control won't let me trash it all when it can be used by others.
Last chance.

Nice 2 hr (from Yonge St.) drive up the 401, Bring a fishing rod, family .... spend the afternoon.

Bruce

Drop me a note for directions.

Hey, Bruce!
Still waiting to hear from you about that glove box you said you had for me. And the mirror control switch. I replaced the R/H mirror (didn't like the flat glass) and have been driving the car since the head gasket change last summer. The engine is strong on this low miler.

House sold .... no trips to the jungle required. Yay.

Al, I will pull the glove box and mirror switch before calling the scrap yard.
The interior of the '93 white car is very good to excellent. Someone needs to come pull it out. Perhaps you.
Note - I have a comphrehensive tool collection at one's disposal .... :)

The Red '90 is a great daily roller and would likley certify the way it sits, possibly tires. $1800 as is. We can talk about certified.
With the interior from the '93 and all the spare parts as freebies ....... ??? I just don't have the time.

Pete - Red '90 pictures here: 90 5 Spd (http://kerek.ca/Super%20Coupes/Red%2090/90%20SC%205%20Spd%20-%20Red.htm)
Pictures were taken last year or the year before but the car has near 0 miles since and has been stored inside the entire time.

Steve - I might be able to RV near 407/404 in the next few weeks. Will advise.

Hi Bruce,

Your red car is attracting some interest from south of the border (me, in Pennsylvania). But I don't really know much about buying and selling across the line.

The thing is, I have a red 90 SC with good tires, good engine, good ABS, and decent suspension. But everything else is rough, A/C is busted, etc.

Would be cool if we could take 3 cars and make 2 good ones. But I don't know how feasible it is based on time & border issues.

Hi Bruce, what ended up happening with all this. I really mulled over trying to get out there and pull the interior out of the white car, seats in my black Cougar are shot, but just got too much going on. I hope someone got them before it went to the wrecker.
Cheers Tom

Cars have not moved. Life got in the way.

I will be there this weekend (27 Jun). Lotsa SC pieces and fully equipped tool crib for your wrenching pleasure.

This '90 5 spd is an excellent driver.
The interior of the '93 is very, very good.
I just don't have time to make the swap - and personally, I would prefer to do the swap myself if I was taking the car.
They are both bone stock.

Come up, spend the day. On site barb-less catch 'n release trout fishing too ....

Bruce

Sold.

In two more weeks I'll be down to qty 1 SC.

Steve - Please make arrangements with Tom (BlackV8) for snow tire delivery.

Al - I will give glove box and mirror switch to Tom. You will probably cross paths before you and I do.

Nice. The red car looked like a smoking good deal.

Steve,
It is.

Tom spent Sunday stripping out the excellent interior, trim, door seals etc from the White '93 for later transplanting to the Red '90.

He's going to have a straight, clean driver with a great interior .... and a crap load of good usable spare 89-93 parts.

I'm now left with just an ultra low miler '95. All is good.

Yeah, I was thinking maybe I would be rolling in it, but I had a hard time talking my pregnant wife into letting me drive to Canada to buy a car for cash. Almost had her won over in time. :)
