Son of a biscuit....

Blew the head gasket at lunch today.

I doubt I'm going to fix it.

Anybody want it for parts? Lots of goodies on it....

OK. For sure not fixing this head gasket issue. It would be the third time and my heart just isn't in it. Or my wallet.

But look at the pics of that car? Is it scrap heap worthy? I don't think so.

So again, all new Tokico suspension, ARC works. All new bushings and motor/tranny mounts. Power windows and seats all work. SS Magnaflow unit from manifold to just past the cats.

12" PBR brakes. But bracket was drilled to accommodate the 12" and is actually good for 13" rotors.

The car drove and handled wonderfully.

So somebody with a spare SC 3.8 or a 5 litre can drop it in and have a great car.

I'll consider all offers.

Forgot to mention the shop manual and electrical manual as well.

Looks like I'll have to get rid of this at the junkyard.

Really too bad since the body is very good, paint is very good, suspension is all new, new CD player, great tires, seats work, windows work, etc.

Has to be worth something to somebody? It still runs but I'm certain the Head Gasket is going.

Going to be a crime to scrap it. Too bad I don't live in a more central location.

Too dang far away to make it worth while.

Save it and get that head gasket fixed.

I love those sealt belts and interior trim on both sides from the A pillar back if you part it out?

Keep me posted, pls.

I have already had the head gasket done twice.

The hat trick is currently not in the cards.

And taking it apart myself is also not in the cards.

It's all or nothing.

But I'll probably keep it over winter rather than rush into things.

At this point if somebody gives me $500 and takes it away it's theirs.

This might be my last time of asking.

I don't need the car.

All it needs is "the lump", either repaired or replaced.

I really do hate to see it trashed. But I will simply to get it off my hands.

$750 US gets it.

If it isn't gone by Super Bowl it will be shortly afterwards.

And it will hurt.

Dont junk it, its too nice. You could get a few hundred for the wheels and tires alone. They look new!

I am not parting out a thing.

It's all or nothing.

All new suspension and bushings (OEM Tokiko ARC stuff), etc.

By Super Bowl.......

So, it's going, going......

I have a local buyer for $500 Cdn.

You could get 4 times that parting it out.

Not that I want it parted out.

Gone.

Now I just have to cancel my SCCoA membership auto deduct.....

Thanks for all over the years, nice knowing you.

Moving on to the world of German engineering. Have divested myself of my two Fords, the SHO and the SC.

Now I have a 10 year old S55 AMG with 500 hp and a 15 year old Audi A4. Both have less than 50 K miles on them.....
