91 sc starts and runs for few min cut off and no start

ok my clutch went out so my tbirds been setting i start it once a week to make sure engine stays healthy. i started it yesterday and it ran for about 4 or 5 min shut off. first taught fuel pump issue left it alone for the night went out today start right up same thing cut off after 4 or 5 min of idling. so check fuel pressure great. the dis and cranks sensor where replaces before i got the car. 91 tbird sc 5 speed. any ideals or advise would begrateful.

It could be a fuel issue... Even something like a leaf or other debris getting sucked up to the sock filter. If so, the fuel pressure would show a drop. Testable. I would also check battery voltage in this situation. Running a few minutes a week may not be enough to stay charged.
 
Ok, then it's probably not the battery itself causing any issue.

I would try checking the battery voltage and the fuel pressure at the time it's stumbling. And also maybe check a few of the sensors that are easily accessible - ECT, BAP, MAF.
