Head Bolt question

MY head gaskets blew so today I took the engine apart and removed the heads. I got a new felpro engine gasket kit and head bolts. The new head bolts that I got are like two threads shorter than the original ones does anyone think this is a problem. I could of sworn that someone said that the new ones should maybe be longer. Does anyone know if this is true. Length wise the bolts are the same .

your old bolts are supposed to stretch when torqed,i don't know how much but maybe that is why.
DON'T USE THE OLD ONES!
what is the part # on your fel pro kit?

The part #of my felpro kit is HS9642 and the head bolts are #069887 ES72131
