Roxio Inc. is expanding it's North American call centre here in Richmond Hill. We are hiring 60+ tech support, customer service, and a few managers with related experience. First batch will be hired for mid-January.

Is there any possibility of HR positions?
Natalie has been looking for something a little firmer than where she is - a small ecommerce web shop (one of the survivors), I think she is technically an HR Generalist.

Sorry, no HR related jobs here. I'll let you know if any come up.

We do have a position for quality assurance of tech support/cust service if that sounds interesting. Phone monitoring and reporting etc. Email me for more info.
