Has anybody replaced the upper & lower bushings in the rear?. What was the reason to replace? I have 90 anni and when backing up, I get a bang, back up some more another bang, almost like frozen brakes. rear wheels do turn, but not freely. the car has been sitting for some time. if you had a bushing problem, what the symtomjunkmore@yahoo.com ?

Good afternoon

I would check:

--The differential mount bushings. Check for excessive wear on both sets and or loose bolts.

--Drive shaft U joint.

--Rear brakes for frozen/stuck calibers.

--Rear sway bar link for broken/missing hardware.

Good Luck.
