Rear LCA Bolts

Hi everyone,
I'm about to install new bushings in the knuckles and lca's, but I ran into a snag. I can't get the bolt on the front of the Lca loose. Not even my impact will do it. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to removing these?

Also, my rear uca's have about half an inch of play from side to side. Is this normal or does that indicate the bushing is shot?

I recall some owners having to cut out an access hole to reach the top, but that was when the otherwise captured nut spun in place, I think. Maybe from using a big-~~~ breaker bar with a cheater pipe...?

Sounds like too much play in any case, but usually cumulative, so...

Thanks for the tips guys. I got them broken loose with a 3 foot pipe over my 1/2 ratchet. Broke the ratchet and the last nut loose at the same time. Luckily after breaking them loose I was able to spin the nuts off easily with my fingers.
