Headlight rely system with LED bulbs?

Wondering if the rely modification is still needed/recomended? LED will draw less current But suspect an update to the supplied voltage reducing strain on the switch is wise at this point.
The factory setup is working fine "At This Point" hate avoidable failures.
Regret duplicate message. See no way to delete.
Thanks !

I run LED fogs, with Xenon headlight bulbs and haven't DIY'd a relay mod. Just be sure the headlight switch is in good shape/not old/abused and the fog light switch is clean inside.

If the headlight switch itself seems burnt/beat up/legacy, a new one isn't that expensive, I think. Helps to reduce resistance in the circuit.

Sometimes, the multi-function switch (turn signal/wipers, etc.) suffers along with it, and those can be tough to find...it you replace it, be sure to confirm the part number/color...green or blue, depending on options.
