Spanner wrench sizes and other supercharger questions....

Need to take off my supercharger for rebuild. maybe I'm doing a poor job searching, but was hoping for a link to a guide on the tear-down including what spanner wrench sizes I need to buy and recommended rebuild kits for the supercharger. It's a 1994 SC 3.8 L. has 180,000 miles.
