Automatic Headlights (Part Needed)

So here's the deal. When I'm driving at night with the headlights on automatic and I come into an area with streetlights, the headlights go spastic and flash on and off. The only way to get it to stop is to stop the car, shut it off, and restart. I'm guessing the photocell in the dash unit is shot, so anyone that has the unit that is in the dash in front of the driver I would be interested in purchaing it. Just to clarify, I don't need the photocell on the rear view mirror, it's the one under the dash vent directly in front of the drivers seat. Thanks.
