Best way to get SC pulley off?

I have been wanting to put on my 5% overdrive pulley for some time now and i have been reading the threads about how to get the stock pulley off and i was wondering what u guys have found to be the best way to remove it without bending it all up? can u tell me what i need to do it and the steps i will need to follow to safely get it off and then get the new pulley on? well thanks

we did mine with a 3 leg puller, and plenty of wd-40. when you are pulling the pulley, go slow, and easy so you dont apply too much force to the pulley.
 
I used a $30 3-tooth puller as well, it came off very easily. You just have to fit the 3 tooth puller around your upper radiator hose.
 
Put some small pieces of plywood between the puller jaws and the rear of the pulley to protect it and distribute the load, they'll deform if you don't.
