Hello all, I am new to this forum and was seeking advice on finding a good supplier of replacement trim bezels for my 90 XR7. Some of my weather stripping and interior trim is weathered and brittle. 55K original miles and I want to get it into tip top shape this summer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Weatherstripping is no big problem on the doors - Steele Rubber Products still sells weatherstripping for our cars (at least they list it for the TBird, same doors). https://www.steelerubber.com/search?year=1990&make=ford&model=thunderbird&style=2-door-coupe (Amazingly, they don't list most of this for the Cougar. Shocking, I know.)

The run down the roof both sides? 89-93 is not findable; 94-97 is a one piece assembly, fits perfectly, and is not coming apart in the boneyards.

Rear window: Same statement.

Trunk: I'm going to buy one or two of the TBird trunk gaskets; I've not measured, but I THINK the TBird run is longer than the Cougar one, so cutting the TBird one down will fit. However, I could be wrong on that; in case I'll take two of the Tbird sets and glue them together to make one, then run it. Or put the two seams at the bottom so water won't just run into the trunk.

Interior: That's ... a bit harder. ALL the trim is getting old. You can check at SuperCoupePerformance or The Thunderbird SC Shop ( https://www.supercoupeperformance.com/ or my personal choice, https://www.tbscshop.com/ ). Note: If you find someone selling here, it'll be cheaper most likely.

For a lot of the interior trim, it may be necessary to get it covered or redone. My nephew is covering some 94-95 Cougar rear sails to fit my 1991 (covering them in black vinyl). This, or painting later sails, may be the only real choice. Bad news is, the 94-97 will ALL be for 3 point, not for the passive restraint system. (Since I'm converting to 3 point, that's not a problem for me.)
