Well, after 9 frustrating weeks and $1,000.00 in sensors and other stuff I think I finally found the cause for the no power, bad misfire, etc. problems with my 94 SC. The Ford dealer in Charlotte, NC who replaced the motor 10,000 miles ago for the previous owner did not tighten the bolt that holds the harmonic balancer to the crankshaft. Therefore, over that 10,000 miles the hardened key beat the normal 3/16ths inch key way grove in the balancer to 1/2 inch. Also, it appears there is no damage to the crankshaft........WHEW!!!!!

Thanks to everyone for taking the time out of their busy days to respond to my questions!!!!!!!
