Auto Meter #3363

2 1/16 in. diameter, 0 to 100 psi, electrical, Sport-Comp series, fuel pressure gauge

This Sport-Comp gauge features a trademark competition appearance and a rugged, reliable performance look. The bold, easy to read dial face includes a fluorescent red pointer for quick-glance monitoring. The gauge mechanism is quality engineered for extremely long life and a full 270 degree sweep for maximum accuracy.

Under a thread with pics for a FMIC, there is some talk about one of these. Can someone fill me in on it. I am thinking that this is a ajustable unit, sorta like a adjustable fule pressure regulator?

Ryan,

This just sounds like a fuel pressure gauge to me. I don't think it will be adjustable in any way. It says it's an electrical unit, so I suppose this means you'll need to obtain some kind of fuel pressure sending unit as well.

Cheers,

Sean

This is just a gauge you mount in the car. This kit includes the electrical sender.

I have the same gauge in 2 5/8. It's worth $195 US +++.
I paid about $360 Can for it. Selling for 250 firm. It is brand new - never been installed.

Wayne,

What does the gauge look like?

Is it part of the "Phantom" series?

I might be interested in that guage.

Thanks for the picture Wayne.

Any idea where I'd mount such a big gauge?

I was planning on keep mine all with the 2. 1/16 size.

Recommendations?

You can get a cup to mount on top of the dash, or on the pillar. The cups come in carbon fibre as well if you're into that look.
There is a good spot on top the dash where the defrost vent is, and the gauge sits nicely in the channel. The bottom of the pillar is a nice out of the way corner as well.

Thanks for the suggestions Wayne.

Right now I have the 2 2. 1/16 guages on the steering column, and I plan on getting a triple pod for the pillar also for tha same size gauges. My buddy has a boost gauge in that size (2. 5/8), and it really is difficult to find a nice place to put it.

I'm going to do a little research and get back to you.
