Let me just start by saying, wash your hands! Especially after you were out in public.
Today at 2am I realised the wrath of the Norwalk virus. The same virus that closed down Sunnybrooks emergency ward, I got. Ever heard the term violent vomiting? It's not pretty. Getting so dehydrated that I could hardly move my legs or arms was not pretty either.
So after spending the whole day in the hospital, 2 bags of saline I have a new respect for our hospital staff. Regardless of what people say/whine about....I was treated amazing by the staff.
Time to recover.....be careful guys....I wouldn't wish this on anyone
