I got some Pennzoil syncromesh fluid from a friend. I heard GM syncromesh fluid is good, but is this the same stuff? I'm getting 5 gallons of it for free. Is it ok to use in my 5-speed. Is it synthetic? And it takes 3.1 quarts right?? Thanks for the help. Someone please reply soon.
