I am looking to make a custom cold air intake for my SC and it says for maximum performance that u should unplug the computer for a few hours then plug it back in so it can relearn the changes that were made. i was wondering how u do this? well please let me know :) thanks
Matt

simply unpluging the computer will immediatly erase all of the adaptive tables. No need for a few hours.

The EEC is located behind the glovebox against the right side wall. You have to take off the kick pannel, and move some other things out of the way.

Hmm.. that is strange and interesting. If you are supposed to reset the computer when you change the intake, are you supposed to reset it when you change the exhaust as well?

you don't really have to reset it. eventually it will learn out things and replace the cells that were populated with old info. Resetting it just ensurs that it only applys correctly learned data immediatly.
