Well I went to the epa site and it turns out you can take a test run on the dyno for $20 with no obligation to your existing epa status so I figure what the heck,

I'll leave all the hp stuff on and go through.
well.. needless to say I failed.
Here is the first run

standards are
HC composite .80
CO composite 15.0

1st run. (all goodies installed)
HC=1.34
CO=15.4

So I went around the block took off the Zr intake and put on the stock tube and stock air box with a brand new motocraft air filter.
also I removed the hyperchip.

2nd run (stock intake except for blower top, ic and maf)
HC =1.86
CO=40.3

I drove it around for about 10-15 mins so the computer would relearn and retook the test
and it got worse on both.

I have a 373 gear and a 3500 stall speed
I wonder if this has something to do with it. that they are spiking it and it is not going up fast enough while it is in the stall speed portion in 1st and 2nd gear (3rd and OD are lockup)

someone mentioned adding some ethanol to a half a tank of gas
Where do you get it ?

These scans aren't great but you get the idea
I can rescan if needed. but the originals aren't that great.

Do you think the computer didn't have enough time to relearn ?

Here is the car
92 SC Auto
373
3500 stall speed
shift kit
zr intake cone filter
3/4 blower top
mn12 perf maf sensor
larger intercooler
(I do have a ic fan but not hooked up)
10% pulley
under drive pulley set (except alt)
Hyperchip
Kooks headers
older style 2 1/4 sccoa exhaust
magnaflow muffs
2 stage catco cats.(kind of too far back) after the H pipe
about where the back of the front seat is.

Thanks for looking

to add to this )O2 sensors were replaced along with the converters and addition of the headers last season
also car has a cervini hood (doubt it makes a differnence)
Speedo shows faster then normal due to gearing.

Wondering if adding a couple of more cats right behind the headers and in front of the H pipe would help.

Not sure if this car has an EGR.

Your cats aren't very effective that far back. Have them moved to the back of the headers.

was thinking of either of getting them moved forward or possibly
adding a 2nd (removeable set )to go in front of the H pipes.)

what do you think ?

I wouldn't spend any more money on cats when I had two that would work if I moved them. That's what I would do.
