hey
how accurate are our speedometers
i was tailin a friend in a 97 grand prix and he was at his gov. at about 107 but my speedo was at about 115
it didnt feel like 115, plus there is the fact that if i was goin that then i would be in his trunk

Your tire size may have something to do with it. I when from stock tires (225 60 R16) to 235 55 R16, just from that difference in size the speedo was off 5mph........60 on speedo, actually was 55mph.......

mine is off too becuase of tire size.went from 225/60 16 to 255/45 17 front 285/40 17 on the back.it is about 5 off
