A/C compressor/condensor removal 101...

Remove as in repair, or remove as in delete?
If you're looking to delete the A/C, you'll need free spinning idler wheel. Take the car to an A/C shop and have the refrigerant sucked out. After that, you'll need a set of spring-lock removal tools to unhook the hoses at the condenser. Then you take the 4 bolts holding the compressor off, and the 10mm manifold bolt at the back of the compressor off, and remove the compressor.
To remove the condenser, you have to drain and remove the radiator.

You can ask one of the hot rodders here how much of a difference having the A/C out will make, but I think its negligible. There's probably much more drag from the pwr steering pump, the water pump, the tensioner pulleys, and even the Supercharger itself than from the A/C.
