Non-A/C belt...

Not very much. The A/C compressor belt is the large serpentine belt. The A/C compressor pulley is free spinning when its turned off. It adds no more resistance than the tensioners do. The idler pulley below the A/C compressor connects a second drive belt to the supercharger.. you sort of need it.

Take all the belts off and spin everything with a pulley on it by hand.. Those things which are hard to turn are the things which will sap power.
