View Full Version : Who's the genius that designed...
The friggin' headlight adjustment setup! Just tackling odds and ends today on the SC, and this was one of them. I'm assuming the adjustment "screw" on the inside, lower down, is the vertical adjustment. How the !@#$ do you get on that thing to turn it! All I had was a small adjustable wrench, which is the wrong tool for the job, obviously. For now, it looks like I'm still looking for pennies 10' in front of the car. Thought I'd read somewhere that it takes either a 4mm or 5mm socket, but I couldn't find a set that small at Home Depot. What happened to a nice easy regular screw?  ;)

Get a set of tiny metric tune-up wrenches from Sears and your life will improve.:D
Yeah, that's what I figured. I'm always up for an excuse to buy a few more tools. ;) May be a good time to swap out all the bulbs too.

Bill---
I found a small 4mm wrench at PepBoys just for that purpose!
Cheers,
Calvin
MS is just about the only state where PepBoys isn't. Can't figure that one out. Maybe I'll find this at Sears next to a nice new buffer. ;)

Thanks for the offer Calvin, I'll check Sears first, wouldn't mind a set of small sockets. May have to take you up on that otherwise though. Thanks!
