Hey guys,
This is Doug from Ranger Power Sports. I'm the 4.0 v6 board moderator over there. I plan on attending the Commerce and maybe even bristol FFW this year and was wondering if you guys would be up for a challenge? What I'm proposing is a V6 site shoot-out kinda like Bristol last year but hopefully with a better turn out. Competion in a few different areas such as:
Site particapation
1.)# of entry's between the T-birds and the Rangers
2.) Fastest V6
3.) Who gets the farthest in the class.
Now since the small turnout for the v6 class last year I can't even get a sponcer to think about talking with FFW about another so I elect that we use the bracket Quick Ford class as our class. This would also lower entry fee's and even make a buy-back possible.
We have a solid 3 rangers so far signed up and ready to go, this event isn't until April so you have some time to get ready. I wanna say that Tom Y. from Super Six motorsports should be there if not to race then to at least watch. If you have any problems with your V6 while your there we should have enough stuff to get you going enough to get you home.
So come on guys.maybe if we show enough participation here we can talk with someone about next year or another event in this.
Thanks Doug904.
I did wanna say thanks to whomever the T-bird driver was last year in Bristol!
