I just need to know a few things.
1. what is the discplacement of a stock supercharger on a S/C (in liters)
2. what is the stock blower pulley diameter?
3. what is the diameter of say, a 10 psi pulley?

thanks.....this info will really help me....

The Eaton “roots style” supercharger we use is labeled an M90. It displaces 90 cubic inches (1.5 liters) and is rated to spin at a maximum rpm of 14,500. These are very durable superchargers and have a life expectancy way in excess of 100,000 miles. Most SC stock make between 11-13 lbs of boost. This can go up or down depending on most or used parts.

I don't know the pulley sizes, but the 5% and 10% are based off the 89-93 pullies as the 94-95 was about 2-3% larger.

thank you very much for that info....now all's i've got to find out is the stock pulley size and a more-boost pulley size...

anyone know these?

Here are your major resources for TBird Research. There are more out there if you look.

Your answer was found on at least one of them. Keep in mind that not everyone has time to answer everything and often times something will get missed if it is pushed off the first screen.
