Local meets?

I'm pretty sure that local meets happen, I just haven't heard where :]

I couldn't make it to the last one in NorCal in Sac - are these regularly happening events that I could try and schedule into my time well in advance?

can we please have one in southern cali. my bird wont make it much further, unless someone can help push. ha!
