I bought new tensioner pullies from Ed and I can't figure out how they go.The stock bolt must be used I know but the washer plate from the stock bolt does not fit the new tensioner. And the new washer plate has a whole just big enough for the bolt it comes with which is about 1/2 the size of the stock bolt???
any suggestions??? help please

Sorry Ron, I forgot to mention to you that the washer needs to be modified or removed to work on the SC application. You can either drill the hole slightly larger to suit your old bolt, or just discard it entirely ... it is just a dust cover for the bearing, but they are sealed bearings, so the cover is not really needed.
cheers

Well I got all 3 on today the one for the SC belt I had to knock the bearing out about 1/8 of an inch so that the sharp edge was not cutting into the belt but it was relativlely easy for a guy that hasn't done very much wrenching on cars
now next week its plugs, wires, belts and 10% o/d pully
I know I should have waited to do the pullies when I do the belts but I wanted to see if I could get it done:D
