If you want to do springs and shocks at all 4 corners, it's not going to be really cheap no matter how you do it. Aftermarket springs are usually in the $400 to $450 range, and off the top of my head, stock replacement shocks from Ford (the OE electronic Tokicos) are about $160 each for the front, and $130 each for the rear. Take a look at www.shox.com , they usually have some good prices, they carry a few different brands of springs and shocks. I believe Steve Richards got his stuff from them last year for a reasonable price.

Ed, are the OE replacement shocks the only working shocks that will utilize the auto/firm ride?
when i get my springs put in im going to do all 4 shocks.. what options do i have? or just OE?

and can you get the OE replacement shocks no problem? or do you stock them... another month and ill be in need of them

The Tokico Illumins II's retain the auto/firm thingy.

No, OE are not your only choice......Tokico's, Billistien, Koni's....

OE shocks, and the Tokico Illumina II that Steve mentioned are the only ones that keep the ARC. I wouldn't recommend the Illumina II shocks from personal experience, they go soft too quick. Bilstein is non-adjustable, Koni are manually adjustable, that's what I have now ... neither are cheap though.

We have the fronts in stock at Fines, the rears are usually no problem to get within a week or so.
