removing tb and sc as whole unit

I keep reading about taking them off as a unit...what is the easiest way to do it...i have already tried the search key
 
Rather than removing the collar nut, remove the SC top and upper IC tube as one peice.

Reseal both surfaces with Permatex copper RTV.

welp i got everything but the egr bolts that are connected to the inlet....i tried but can't get them off in the mean time i broke3 of those plastic vacuum lines??? that run along the fire wall...i had to quit before i torched my car......
 
can anyone tell me what size the egr tranducer bolt is....it is the last bolt that i need to take out thanks
 
ok it was 8 mm...I got the whole thing out and see the the valve cover is leaking...i am going ot replace the gasket and some other hoses that look old..and figure out what i plastic vacuum lines i broke so i cna get new ones thanks for the help
