Hey all, I remember reading that the SC got better airflow from the stock MAF if it were turned upside-down - so I done it (not that it made a noticeable difference). I recently had a fair amount of work done, and right after it was finished I installed a C&L 76mm MAF with a 36# sampling tube (which is the correct size for a '94 Tbird). I installed it upside-down as well. Afterwards I had problems with the cold-idle - when the car was warmed up it was fine, but when it was cold it would buck and wheeze and whatever at idle... I wasn't sure if it was the MAF or the other mods (big honking intercooler tubes). End result is, I just turned the aftermarket MAF right-side up and it appears to have corrected the problem. Hope this helps somebody else ;-)
