upgrade ??

I have a 90 sc it has been sitting for the past 1 1\2 years. It has a blown head gasket. I am going to fix the head gasket and rebiuld the engine. What are some things i should do while i'm doing that. And what are some pro. upgrades to do too. Also what do you guys thing about ceramic coated headers, and an 85 mm throttle body? please advise.

No on the 85mm, you have a ways to go ($$$) before it's ready for that.

Exhaust, quality valve job, 70mm MAF from a later SC, and a cam from Dr. Fred should wake things up very nicely. If you plan on a late-model or aftermarket blower be sure to mention that when you choose your cam.

By the way, auto or 5spd?????????
