I think anyone who doesn't save up their $$$ till they can buy things outright (except a house or business) is stupid (in that they are going to pay alot more $$$ for it in the long run. Also, you owe someone lots of $$$, which is NEVER a good thing.

are you telling me you paid CASH for your SC? thats good and well, but im only 21 and didnt exactly have $7k laying around for my car.

I have to agree with pdennis. Not every one can save up that kind of money... Better to have your SC while you pay it off in my opinion.
btw i paid cash for mine...
