tps wiring

The tps has three prongs marked a b c. Can anyone tell me which is ground, signal, and power.

i know that the signal to the eec is the green one

and, for some reason i remember the colors of the other two being backwards, like black was power and the other was ground.... but dont quote me on that because i dont know.
