Im sealing the cases of my blower, inlet plentum and top.
I know these will all work but what is best?

You'll only get opinions as to what is best. I use the Permatex anaerobic (either 518 or 510) sealant with no activator. This is the factory recommendation.

Many people use some type of silcon sealant with good results as well.

Just don't use too much of either goo and you should be OK. Also rember that the blower can get hot (outlet temps up to 400F) so use something designed for high temps.
