Rear End fluid

What kind of rear end fluid should i use? I have a bottle of the friction modifier....but how much...what weight and what brand lube should i use? I think i read somewhere to use SAE 90. BUt i cant find that weight anywhere. What should i use?

I have always used the cheap 80-90w gear oil with friction modifier with no problems.

that the weight i should use? How bout 85-90w??

Anything 80w or above should be fine.
