Ok....I have grown up believing what a friend told me 10 years ago about his Mustang GT 5 speed. He shown me little dots on his speedo and told me that those are shifting dots. That, from the factory, Ford placed those dots on the speedo to tell you when to power shift. Now, I own a 93 SC and see these sets of dots on the face of the speedo. Is that what they are for? MN12SC35th gives an explaination in this post : http://www.sccoa.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=17229&highlight=speedo+dots
I do not totally agree with the idea that Ford put those dots there as a Range of Speedo calibration. Someone help me out!
