Maybe you (or someone else) could take a map of North Am and color-coat the various states, and areas that are included in the various chapters.

The problem is that they keep changing, etc. Perhaps if someone can collect the info on what areas each covers I can add them in the descriptions.

But it is precisely also, because that they are
changing that it is both useful and important to do
them, with numbers per Chapter, so that the
incremental changes (up or down!) over time
are detected and future plans altered in relation
thereto.....!!!

Think of it as Demographic Analysis in effect:
