How much of an increase will I notice when I put this on?

If that is the only mod to your car I don't think that you will feel it at all. If you do notice anything it will be that the car seems to pull harder longer in the upper rpm range. Most of the horsepower gains of a larger MAF happen higher up in the rpm range. The larger MAF in combination with some other mods yields good results.

What would be the better upgrade... Throttle Body or Raised SC Top?

My next upgrade is 5% pully, but what should come after?

The nice thing about the C&L is, if & when you upsize your injectors, you need only put in a new sample tube to replace the current one,......instead of getting your MAF recalibrated as you need to do with units like the ProM
In other words its a Mod will grow with your needs.
& you will see a performance gain when going to 38 lb injectors,
& changing the sample tube in the C&L MAF

If you have a good exhaust and an 89-93 SC a 10% pulley would be your best and least expensive mod. On a 94 or 95 don't go over a 5%. I have a 10%+ on my 90 Auto and have been running it that way for a long time with no problems. I am getting ready to put a 5% on my 95 5-Speed along with some other goodies.

Pulley $80
Top $200-$350
Throttle Body $250
