Power door lock

The power door lock on the drivers side doesnt work to open the doors but works fine to lock them. The passenger side button works fine locking and unlocking so i know the motors are good.
Any idea ?

Ps . before i used to hold it for about 4 seconds and it would slowlyh unlock but now it doesnt work at all

I think your door lock actuator is just loose.. take off the door panel and you'll see it pulling itself up when you lock the door....
