Those with Cyberdyne gauges, need help

I have a water temp digital Cyberdyne gauge. The sensor is too small to screw into the block and a direct connection to the existing one gives false readings. I think I need some type of larger fitting that screws into the block then I can screw the sensor into that...or maybe a larger sensor?

Anyone else have this gauge in their SC??

You need a reducer bushing. 1/4" NPT to 3/8" NPT available at any hardware store.
